Value of Sale: Dollar value of the sale of the property.
Date of Sale: Date the sale occured.
Number of Parcels:  Number parcels the sale was inclusive of. 
Lot(s) Square Footage:  Square footage of the property according to the county assessor.
Acreage: Number of acres of the parcel
Lot & Legal Description:  Lot number and legal description or subdivision of the property.
Property Address:  Property address of the vacant land parcel if it has been assigned.
Buyer's Name:  Name of the person or company who purchased the property.
Buyer's Phone Number:  Phone number of the person or company who purchased the parcel.
Buyer's Mailing Address:  Mailing address of the person or company who purchased the parcel
Use Code Description: Description of the property use code as assigned by the county assessor.  This field usually indicates if the property has been zoned for industrial, commercial, or residential use.


These reports are sent weekly either electronically in Adobe Acrobat *.pdf format or by US Mail. Electronic copies are also available in: *.asc; *.csv; and *.dbf.
